Brents career journey has been across diverse industries, from public sector work health and safety regulation to major hazard facilities, manufacturing, construction, and utilities, spanning state, national, and global organisations.
Brent holds a Doctorate in Safety Science, Well-being and Organisational Behaviour, and has a commitment to evidence-based practices has been a driving force in my career. His expertise extends to developing and implementing comprehensive enterprise risk management strategies, crisis management and business continuity planning, all while maintaining a strong focus on compliance and data-driven decision-making.
Applying concepts from resilience engineering, human and organisational performance, and wellbeing, he has achieved transformative results in high-risk environments by ensuring the seamless integration of safety, health and wellbeing initiatives with organisational strategies. By utilising strategic planning, team building, and project management, Brent can design and execute complex safety programs that drive success across diverse sectors.
